This is a modification (# 2) to the synopsis entitled “Request for Sources Sought Covering NASA Audio-Video Conference Room Upgrades- 089ARC0025-002,” which was posted on 19 Jan 2007. You are notified that the following changes have been incorporated into the RFP solicitation package: 1) Equipment List in Section J- Attachment B (Hardware Maintenance Section) has been modified to a)delete PNs: 4870-00069-536 and 4870-00069-158 relating to Polycom’s the 3 year Premier Warranty Service- lines 37-38, and b)add PNs: 4870-00069-106; 4870-00070-106; 4870-00001-106 and 4870-00071-106; relating to Polycom’s 5 Yrs Premier Warranty Services-lines: 40-43. The Revision level for the entire Equipment List has also been changed to Revision 2. (See attachment) The due date of 31 Jan 2007 for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
