This acquisition is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7020. The NAICS code is 334111. This procurement is for support of the AFRL/PRSA Plumes Group for use in conjunction with an an existing 17-node PowerWulf Cluster. The following items will be procured: Rackmount Dual XEON PowerWulf Cluster (Beowulf-Class Computer Cluster). This cluster must be compatible with existing PowerWulf Cluster, such that the two clusters may be linked together to act as a single processor computer. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Anticipated Award date is August 13, 2002. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, August 12, 2002.
