The U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Technology Service intends to issue a contract to Motorola under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, through reference number 4THF57043924. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for LMR Trunking Solution. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This request is not a notice for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
