NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items: Twelve (12) Qlogic SANbox 5200 Fibre channel network switches with 20 ports enabled (P/N SB5200-20A). Delivery is to NUWC Newport, RI. The Qlogic make and model is required because the specific configuration of the Qlogic SANbox Fibre Switch is used in the Technology Insertion 04 (TI04) version of the submarine AN/BYG-1 tactical combat system that is being duplicated in the Submarine Multi-Mission Team Trainer (SMMTT) project. The Qlogic hardware is required to ensure compatibility with hardware and software currently in use._ Required delivery is 7 days after award, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI.
