The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) intends to award a sole source contract to Quest Software, 8001 Irvine Center Drive, Irving, CA 92608 for the following: One (1)QCO-Performance Diagnostic Unix Tier D, and ten (10) Toad Xpert Edition Pack with Quest DBA Module. These two commercial items are proprietary and, therefore, only available from Quest Software. There are no known small businesses that can fulfill this requirement.
