The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a sole source contract to Axciton Systems, Inc., 2825 Wilcrest Drive, Suite 618, Houston, TX 77042 for the procurement of Polygraph Workstations. The requirement include the following: 1) Ten (10) Polygraph Workstations with sensors including: Axciton computerized polygraph five channel sensor box with three year unconditional parts and labor warranty; Axciton polygraph software including chart (C) analysis chart scoring algorithm and Axciton Pharmaceutical Dictionary (APD), upper and lower pnuemograph assembly with extension chains, cardio pump and gauge assembly with small, medium, large cuffs, GSR/EDA assembly, countermeasure detection pad. 2) Twenty (20) Polygraph Workstations without sensors. 3) Ten (10) countermeasure detection pads. 4) Thirty (30) Pentax printer cables. and 5) Two (2) portable polygraph chairs. Negotiations are being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1(b). Note: This acquisition is being conducted using the test program procedures at FAR 13.5. The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract.
