Geological Survey, WSC Louisville, KY intends to make award on a sole source basis, to Intland Software, Stuttgart, Germany to provide floating 7 user Licenses and a base year plus four option years on 7 floating maintenance licenses for their CodeBeamer Server. The requested licenses are so USGS can become a participating member of the Collaborative Software Development Laboratory (COLAB) comprised of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The COLAB software was developed by Intland Corporation and cannot be purchased from other sources. There is no written solicitiation for this requirement. This award will be made on or about May 11, 2006 under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541519.
