This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-11-Q-Q840 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. This RFQ, N00104-11-Q-Q840, is for Brand Name Network Appliance (NetApp). The Customer and Ship to is the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard located in Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033. This RFQ is issued as a Self-Restricted small business set-aside; therefore, requesting small business participation. The North American Industrial Classification System number is 334112 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000. Anticipated award will be Firm-Fixed Price FOB destination. Product delivery shall be within 30 days ARO. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer.
