SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic intends to award a sole-source contract toProcess Software, LLC, Framingham, MA for an annual subscription renewal ofproprietary software updates and technical assistance for Multinet licensedsoftware. Process Software is the developer and owner of the Multinet softwareapplication and as such, has proprietary rights and is the only vendorauthorized to provide all associated licensing rights and maintenance andsupport for this software. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. This contract will consist ofabase year and two (2) one-year option periods.
