The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed-Price contract for the following specific equipment:AN/PRC-117F Multiband Multimission Manpack Radio (Qty. 15), 10513-0500-01 AC/DC Power Supply with Rechargeable Backup Battery (Qty. 15), and 10511-0717-01 Audio/Data Cable Assembly (Qty. 15), plus freight charges to Alexandria, VA. A written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). All qualified, responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. All quotes submitted MUST be sent via email to: [email protected]. If email not possible, send to attention of Patrick Woods, Contracts at (202) 231-2831. No other forms of submission will be accepted.
