The United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order for software licenses, software maintenance, and professional support services with options utilizing GSA Schedule to CGI Federal Inc. 12601 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA 22033-4902 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. No RFP will be issued as a result. The requirement is as follows: Software licenses, software maintenance, and professional support services to support the Momentum Suite of Products necessary for the successful operation and management of the USPTOs automated financial, acquisition, and travel systems; integrations among those systems; and integrations between those systems and other automated systems with which they interact.
