The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2232 has a requirement for the installation, stand-up, and training associated with Metalogix. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Metalogix for the requirements listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Metalogix is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to US Navy/Receiving Officer 1008 Trident Street, Hanahan, SC 29410. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:***Please See Attached Specifications.*** This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Metalogix equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. SPAWARLANT Charleston intends to award a sole source to Metalogix. However, if your company possesses the capabilities to meet the technical requirements/specifications, please provide the following information for consideration: (1) The technical specifications of the product you are proposing; (2) a Quote for the items listed in the RFQ; (3) ownership (i.e. Large, small or other concern).
