New Mathworks Matlab licenses and toolboxes are required for new personnel and as add-ons to existing licenses. This software is required to be compatible with USAARL's existing Matlab software.

1. One (1) new Computer Vision System Toolbox to be added to license 679593.
2. One (1) new single seat user license with the following toolboxes:
a. One (1) new Image Processing Toolbox
b. One (1) new Signal Processing Toolbox
c. One (1) new Statistics Toolbox
3. One (1) new network named user license to be added to license 590355, with the following toolboxes:
a. One (1) new Image Processing Toolbox
b. One (1) new Signal Processing Toolbox
c. One (1) new Optimization Toolbox
d. One (1) new Computer Vision System Toolbox
e. Two (2) new Database Toolboxes
4. One (1) new Signal Processing Toolbox to be added to license 679592.

Period of performance is October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015 to align the same maintenance schedule as other licenses.
