Program Manager Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) has a valid requirement to provide Long Term Life Cycle Support (LTLCS) that provides fixed price commercial, manufacturer-level support of the Nortel Networks family of digital telephone switch systems within the Department of Defense (DoD) worldwide. The systems supported include the switches, switch peripherals, user equipment, and any support services beyond the capability of switch system site personnel. The electronic digital telephone switch systems provide dial tone, voicemail and other critical telephony services providing operational mission support to include connection to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and Defense Switched Network (DSN), for worldwide camps, posts and stations (C/P/S), for a 1-year period starting in June 2013. These support services include life-cycle support, repair parts, long term field support services of Joint Integrated Technical Center (JITC) certified solutions, and Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) efforts for switching systems in Southwest Asia, Korea, Japan, Bahrain, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Continental United States (CONUS)
