This is a sole source requirement with the intent to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to SAIC 10260 Campus Pt. Dr. San Diego, CA 92121 for two each ? Assembly, TigerShark 8, Sun keyboard, Rodeo II, sound (SAIC p/n 185-32299). The sole source to SAIC for these items is based on the ACAT I program, which the items will interface with similar hardware/software and must be compatible. Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued for this action. FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures will be used for this requirement. Numbered Note 22 applies to this requirement. All responses to this sole source notice must be received within 10 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this notice.
