The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking a COTS product that will help deliver more accurate and concise data from our many software and hardware discovery and management tools currently in place. The primary goal is to populate our existing Asset Management application, HP Asset Manager (HPAM), with data that allows SSA to better manage Hardware and Software Inventory and as well as Software Licensing. A secondary goal is to use this new product to assist in applying software licensing rules for the many software vendors deployed at SSA.
