This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government has a requirement for a Sole-Source procurement for Intel Fortrain Composer XE for Linux OS - Floating Commercial 5 Seat (ESD). Please see the attached statement of work for the complete description of the requirement for the items being procured. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iv) attached is the sole-source justification memorandum. Contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest price determined to be technically acceptable. IAW AFARS 5139.101 this requirement is limited to CHESS vendors only (if applicable). All CHESS clauses apply to this requirement. FAR Clauses 252.232-7003, H-11, and 52.222-50 are also hereby incorporated into this procurement.

The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

Delivery is FOB Destination, 30 days after the date of contract award.
