The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to Marshall Communications Corp., 20098 Ashbrook Place, Suite 260 Ashburn, Virginia 20147-3394. DISA has a requirement for Digital Video Broadcasting – Return Channel Satellite (DVB-RCS) System. Marshall Communications Corp. is the only available source that has the necessary technical experience with Defense Information System Network/Global Broadcasting System/Teleport, clear working relationship with the commercial vendors for deployed Satellite Communications systems, experience with US Central Command requirements and users, and the ability to test, install, and integrate a DVB-RCS system within the critically short deployment schedule.
