The U.S. Department of State, Office Of Acquisition Management, intends to issue a sole source awarded to I. Levy Associates, 645 Maryville Centre Drive, Suite 200, St. Louis, MO 63141-5815, for the extended warranty for Data Collection Advantage for PeopleSoft (DCA/PS), Asset Advantage terminal licenses and ongoing custom development and tailoring related to these software products. The warranty, licenses and ongoing technical support services will be required for a base year and two one-year option periods. It is in the best interest of the Government to directly purchase the software licenses as well as the warranty, service and support agreements essential to the ongoing operation of ILMS. It is contemplated that this will be accomplished by means of a firm fixed price contract. As it is currently designed and configured, ILMS requires the following: a) Data Collection Advantage for PeopleSoft (Part #M52035), b) Advantage Asset Terminal Licenses (Part #M52003), and c) Loftware LPS Enterprise Edition; and Custom Development & Tailoring (Part #M52099). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. I.
