The U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB), an independent Federal Government agency, headquarters located: 844 North Rush Street, Chicago, IL 60611-2092, intends to procure a commercial-off-the-shelf help desk software package. Our current software package is Remedy’s Magic, version 7.5, licensed for 10, stored on a SQL server (Version 7). The offeror shall furnish the software package, install, configure, convert existing data, training RRB designated employees, implementation assistance, and coordinate the migration of the newly acquired help desk software. The document will be uploaded to FBO on or before August 23, 2005.
