The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Monarch Computer Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302. The contractor must possess the following credentials and qualifications: In depth demonstrated knowledge of ATF, its organizational structure, past and present; proven working knowledge of the various legislative actions and laws that impact the ATF operations; ATF experience with criminal and regulatory investigations and a historical understanding of how ATF has and continues to relate to its industry partners. Additionally, contractor should have a clear understanding of internal and external, national issues that have had a positive/negative impact during the last 30 years. This notice of intent is not to request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All contractors must have security clearances. This requirement is a Set-Aside for Small , Veteran OwnedBusiness. The NAICS code is 334111 with a small business size standard not to exceed $6,000,000. Vendor must be registered in the Department of Defense’s (DOD) Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) for electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Submit quote information to [email protected].
