The contractor must possess the following credentials and qualifications: In depth demonstrated knowledge of ATF, its organizational structure, past and present; proven working knowledge of the various legislative actions and laws that impact the ATF operations; ATF experience with criminal and regulatory investigations and a historical understanding of how ATF has and continues to relate to its industry partners. Additionally, contractor should have a clear understanding of internal and external, national issues that have had a positive/negative impact during the last 30 years.
