The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Monarch Computer Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302. The vendor will assemble and deliver 35 Monarch Hornet Pro Custom Forensic Computer Systems. The contractor must possess the following credentials and qualifications: In depth demonstrated knowledge of ATF, its organizational structure, past and present; knowledge of the various legislative actions that impact the ATF operations; experience with ATF criminal and regulatory investigations and an understanding of how ATF relates to its industry partners. This notice of intent is not to request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All contractors must have security clearances. This requirement is a Set-Aside for Small business. The NAICS code is 423710 with a small business size standard not to exceed $6,000,000. Vendor must be registered in the Department of Defenseââ¬â¢s (DOD) Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) for electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Vendor must be Section 508 Compliant.
