This requirement is sole sourced to DiSTI, 11486 Corporate Blvd, Suite 190, Orlando, FL, 32817 as the only vendor able to provide these products based on proprietary software rights with GL Studio Software. Any firms believing that they can provide the products, per the part numbers, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
