The System for Award Management (SAM) replaced Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) in July 2012. SAM combined the capabilities and data of these systems together, streamlining processes and simplifying access to information. Please ensure your company is registered in this system by going to https://sam.gov.
