This anticipated G-TSCMIS effort will make global TSC data more accessible to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the Joint Staff, as well as available to the TSC community at large. G-TSCMIS will entail the standardization of TSC data, single point aggregation and visualization of that data, and data linkages to enable assessment of the data against strategic objectives of the Secretary of Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff. This RFI is in preparation for a contemplated software development effort beginning in Q3 Government FY17.
