Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 12. This action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supply or service will satisfy the agency requirement. ICE intends to purchase twenty-six F-Forensic MD5 Hard Drive Duplicators with USB Adapters. These are light-weight, unidirectional, hand-held hard drive imaging systems capable of fast imaging speeds while ensuring bit-for-bit accuracy in order to guarantee no chance of alteration of the suspect and/or evidence drives. The system may be connected via a PCMCIA slot or USB. The system will natively image any operating system or image using a DD image format. The system will compute a MD5 128 bit value of the source and destination drives before and after the image capture to authenticate the validity of the image capture.
