NGA intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The requirement is for the following items: Automated Conflation Service (ACS) – Northrop Grumman's Licenses – Quantity -8 each Licenses to include one-year software maintenance support. This Brand Name Software, ACS, is ESRI-based flow and conflates all feature types to the feature and attributes levels, and maintains history of the original data sources required for this agency. The proposed contract action is for licenses in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Northrop Grumman.
