This announcement publicizes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) intent to award D.O. 0012 to BPA NMA100-03-A-0006, a sole source contract to Research Systems, Inc. (RSI), 4990 Pearl East Circle, Boulder, CO 80301. NGA has entered into a sole source enterprise license agreement with RSI for a series of software products along with technical support and maintenance for the following products: ENVI+IDL, ENVI FLAASH, ENVI NITF, ENVI DEM Extraction Module, ION, and ION Bundle. RSI is the only source available in the U.S. who can provide these software licenses due to proprietary rights and copyright restrictions.
