The Postal Service is seeking sources for an eLearning Library. All courses must be fully compliant with Section 508 standards to ensure accessibility. All courses must conform to SCORM 2004 and AICC standards and must integrate successfully with the OutStart Evolution Development Software version 2006 SP9 5.0.9052. The courses should run on a SCORM compliant LMS (eg. SAP or OutStart Evolution LCMS). All content must also run effectively at a 56K speed. See attachment on additional requirements.
