This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotations (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure the following item: DVD Recorder System, Perfect Image Producer DVD Prot?g? II System, includes: two (2) each DVD-R general use recorders, Everest printer, server class computer, 300 disc capacity bin, Pronet software suite (including both the Producer 2002 and Pronet programs) featuring quick user interface and CD designer label editing software, and Pronet software development kit (P/N 555411-120); first year warranty upgrade two business day on-site service; installation and training for Rimage Prot?g? II DVD-R system; four each CMY ribbons (P/N 202944-001) for Everest printer; two each transfer roll (P/N 202947-001) for Everest printer, and one-thousand (1,000) each Mitsui white thermal hub printable media (P/N 00021445). Global Technologies Group Producer Prot?g? II System. Proposals are requested priced for FOB Destination. The Destination point is Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060. Delivery time requested is 30 days.
