The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award using FAR Part 12 a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Titan Corporation of Hanover MD for the purchase of Dual Slot Frame w/2 power supplies for the KIV19A and 6ft Red 530 cable for KIV-19. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties have three business days from the date of publication of this Synopsis, to submit in writing, to the identified point of contact, clear and convincing evidence of their qualifications and/or capabilities. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received a fter three days, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon respon ses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
