The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to DY 4 SYSTEMS INC on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 3 each Champ-AV II VME DSP Board with 2x 64-bit/66 MHz PMC sites, 1 each Software Support for VxWorks BSP, 5 each StarLink PMC Module, 1 each Software Support for the StarFabric Interface p/n MNT-DEV-230-00CD, and 3 each Outreach PCI p/n DPMC-605-200. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source is based on unique requirements to DY 4 SYSTEMS INC. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD(s) Central Contractor Registration database.
