The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to purchase additional âDFUZEâ explosives intelligence software This is to include Dfuze 2.2 server software with 5 client licenses (high side), Dfuze 2.2 server software with 5 client licenses (low side), Dfuze 2.2 customized reports, software maintenance to include software patches and updates (quantity 2), integration, installation and testing, and training. This is a brand name requirement. All software must be Section 508 compliant. All licenses purchased must be fully compatible with existing DFuze software licenses. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated into this combined synopsis/solicitation. no addenda apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
