The Bureau of the Census is seeking sources to provide a quotation on the following items: 1. (1)Jb. DecisionPoint database set up and user training to include: one-day on-site user application training session for up to 25 users, application set-up, configuration and routine customizations, network performance testing and validation. 2. (1) ea. DecisionPoint License Fees to include: 24x7 customer-access to the DecisionPoint Technical Help Desk, direct telephone/email support during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday), pager notification during non-business hours and weekends, Decision Point software upgrades at no extra cost and DecisionPoint commercial warranty.
