Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to Emsystems LLC, for the procurement of crisis management system software (Proprietary) in support of Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210- Software publisher with a small business size standard of $38.5M.
