Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received by the response date of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Sole Source Justification: The Vigor Custom Force Recon Computers are essential for AFRL/IFEC engineering and computation tasks required under research efforts for the Big Safari Program Office. Vigor Gaming Computer is the only company at this time who has a product with the specifications required for the research efforts. Vigor Gaming Computer is the only source that manufactures and distributes the Vigor Force Recon Gaming Systems.
