The USDA, NRCS intends to negotiate and enter into a sole source award with DLT Solutions, Inc. under GSA FSS Contract No. GS-35F-4543G for AutoCAD 2005, Autodesk Map 3D 2005, License Management Software for 2 server locations, and related maintenance and support for three (3) years. This acquisition will consolidate existing licenses purchased at the individual office level into one (1) consolidated license and provide ability for adding new licenses. This notice of intent is issued pursuant to FAR part 6.302-1 and is not a request for quotations or proposals. Interested GSA FSS contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and may submit applicable schedule pricing. No requests received from non-FSS holders will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a GSA FSS competitive acquisition. Inquiries will only be accepted via fax or e-mail to the listed contact person, and must be received by no later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. No oral communications will be accepted.
