Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to configure, install, and activate a Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certificated and approved dispatch communications system with console for a 24/7/365 Wing Command Post. The work includes but is not limited to interfacing existing landlines, radio circuits, and hotlines into a single console; configuring to function with a minimum of four operator positions but expandable to 6 consoles; provide real-time, no-notice teleconferencing capability with the following characteristics: ---Random number inclusion (i.e. controller-specified phone numbers/devices in the teleconference) that can simultaneously tie together users of cellular, land line, and radio devices --Backup voice alerting notification during crises/contingencies; be record output ready; sized to fit 40 landlines, 4 radio nets and 24 teleconferencing lines; multiple level precedence and pre-exemption (MLPP) capabletelephony required. Touch screen console technology is acceptable but not required. Existing base communication system is operated thru an MSL-100 telephone switch, Motorola Smartnet Trunked LMR system and Dialogic teleconferencing system and Dictaphone multi-channel digital voice recorder, all of which will remain in use.
