While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, plans to procure on a sole source basis, one (1) 4001 NTDS Type A/B/C circuit board (P/N: 530-4000-001) and six (6) 4001 NTDS Type E circuit boards (P/N: 530-3005-001) from L-3 Services INC, 3033 Science Park Road, San Diego, CA 92121 (D&B #186238721), which will be delivered to Receiving Officer, 6620 Tisdale Road, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110. These 4001 NTDS Type A/B/C and 4001 NTDS Type E circuit boards are used in the Aegis Weapon System CDLMS and are required to be able to exactly duplicate the development, testing, and certification environment onboard ship and in the Integrated Warfare Systems Lab. The 4001 NTDS Type A/B/C and 4001 NTDS Type E circuit boards meet the processing requirements for the Aegis baselines and have been approved by the Navy.
