This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to procure the following on a firm-fixed price basis: 121 licenses of the full version of Chief Architect v9.5 to support the ATF user community. It is an ATF approved commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) application that has been tested on the standard ATF image and is used in our enterprise architecture. The following provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations; (Vendors must furnish Offeror Representations in writing.) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contracts Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, and Justice Acquisition Regulation 2852.211, Brand Name. ATF owns previous versions of Chief Architect and continued use of this application will allow a consistent transfer of file information within the Bureau. Shipping must be FOB Destination to Landover, MD 20785. Vendors must complete a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (see www.itic.org/policy/508/vpat.html). Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov to receive this award. This award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.
