This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Proposals must be submitted to LaTonya Robinson via email at [email protected] no later than Wednesday, 20 May 2015 at 1 PM CST. Questions must be submitted to LaTonya Robinson no later than 19 May 2015 at 1 PM CST. PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS. All questions will be answered in an amendment to this solicitation and distributed to all interested vendors.
