The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to issue a modification to Avaya Incorporated, Washington, DC to provide maintenance on additional equipment on an Avaya G3R system designed and installed for the agency under an ongoing purchase order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Responses must be received NLT 2:00 p.m., 19 September 2003. Interested sources may respond by written request furnishing clear and convincing data substantiating their ability to furnish the Governments' requirement, including technical and pricing data.
