The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology, Service Delivery Engineering, Austin Information Technology Center (AITC) requires an upgrade to the physical access control system (PACS) which consists of a Badge Access Control System, Closed Circuit Television System, security camera surveillance system, brand name C-Cure software upgrade and badge readers. The security camera surveillance system will be upgraded with a new network video recording system, video storage system, and new cameras. Contractor shall perform all installation and upgrades. Contractor shall also provide administration level training for VA-AITC Video Management System (VMS) administration staff and existing security system maintenance contractor (i.e. Tech Systems) personnel as well as user level training for all VA-AITC VMS use personnel. Lastly, the Contractor shall provide maintenance and warranty support. The period of performance for services shall be 12 months to include installation and commissioning of PACS system within 9 months of order award, delivery of hardware within 60 days of order award and standard warranty for hardware/software. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 561621. VA intends to formally solicit on the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) holder for Schedule 70 Special Item Number (SIN) 132-51 Information Technology Professional Services as 100% SDVOSB set-aside.
