This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The 177th Fighter Wing has an UNFUNDED requirement for an Advanced Console System (ACS) to be delivered to 400 Langley Road, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ 08234.

Contractor shall design, furnish, install, and test an Advanced Console System (ACS) for the Command Post (177FW/CP), including a Joint Interoperability Testing Command (JITC) integrated Switching System which supports the Avaya system. Please review the attached Scope of Work for further specifications.

This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 517110-Wired Telecommunications Carrier; size standard: 1,500 employees.

Vendors must provide past performance on similar projects performed within the last three (3) years.
