Additional Delivery Requirements:
a. All packages shipped shall be clearly labeled with the Project Name (e.g., "AccessData Lab and FTK").
b. All quotes must include shipping costs for inside delivery to the Requesting Local Unit POC location identified above.

Period of performance: The period of performance for equipment delivery shall be ASAP or NLT 30-days from Award.

This is an all or none requirement and substitutions will not be allowed for the specified AccessData and FTK software.

The Government will evaluate offers on best value and will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer meets and/or exceeds the specifications herein.
