Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule and satisfactory past performance record. The government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Incorporated provisions and clauses are as follows. FAR Provision 52.212-1, applies to this acquisition.
