Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, and equipment for adding a new 69kV bay to the DISTRICT’S Antelope 345kV substation located near Neligh, Nebraska. The work includes setting stands and equipment, cable work, conduit, grounding, and spreading rock. Foundations have been previously installed.
