This Contract provides for one (1) outdoor, mineral oil immersed, single tank, three-phase 60 Hz, 11.2/14 MVA ONAN/ONAF 65°C 69,000 Grd Y/39,800 volt – 34,500 Grd Y/19,900 volt – 7,200 volt Delta Tertiary, power transformer; with high voltage DETC and low voltage load tap changing (LTC) equipment, other accessories as required in SECTION G and all other requirements as specified in the Contract Documents This shall be an auto-transformer with a tertiary winding delivered F.O.B. Hampton Tie Substation near Hampton, Nebraska, on the foundation of the substation, fully assembled, vacuum filled with mineral oil, fully dressed out, tested, and ready for service.
