The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires at least three continuous, in-focus and smooth, 20-30-second clips a for pair or small group of king eiders swimming, and three continuous, in-focus and smooth, 20-30-second clips for a pair or small group of king eiders flying. These shots must be from a high oblique or near-vertical perspective. The footage must be at a resolution of not less than 1920 x1080 progressive frames, 60 frames per second.
