The Army Contracting Command-Redstone proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from The Boeing Company, Training Services Support, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 0PXV4, 6200 J S McDonnell Blvd., Saint Louis, Missouri 63134, four (4) each Longbow Crew Trainers (LCTs), Design, Test, Document and Deliver, P/N 6930-01-541-2933, an Initial Spares Support Package, Various Part Numbers and Associated Data, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisiton Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirments." Boeing is the only qualified source for this effort. In accordance with law and regulation, any contractor who expresses written interest in the sole source requirement will receive full consideration.
